- The relationship between a code of ethics and restrictions of particular technologies;
- The role of school-provided means of communication;
- The restriction of teachers’ personal electronic postings or communications that might result in classroom disruption;
- The permissibility of searching personal electronic devices, even those legitimately confiscated.
