Lobbying Strategy 8

Students should develop a paper that should be structured as a lobbying strategy. To do that the students should:

1. Identify a problem that will require an influenza exercise over a decision-making institution.
2. Define the goals of the strategy.
3. Describe the institutional setting that they will operate in.
4. Identify stakeholders- outline the target groups, supporters, allies or enemies.
5. Identify subgoals and priorities.
6. Outline the specific actions with regards to the strategy
